There’s no paint bleeding from the trim to the wall, from the wall to the ceiling, from the trim to the floor. The ceilings have no roller lines left over. Every trim nail is punched and every crack and crevice is caulked. People who think they can paint their own house aren’t going to take all of this work and time into consideration. I appreciated that he took the time to point out some cracks that needed attention on the chimney, and showed me how to do it myself. He was honest about how often the sweeping should be performed. It is clear that he cares about his customers and isn't there to rip them off. He even explained how to do the service myself if I wanted to.
