They refused to send me pictures to prove to me that my basement was sealed properly. (Scary) Now I will have to hire someone else to clean up white powder residue left in room with missing door near the treated area. They refused to return and clean up the mess, owner told me since they did not treat the room next to treated area, they will not return to clean up white powder residue. I even pay an extra $250.00 just to clean in advance. Moving forward I will not pay a company in advance for a Job."

"Brian and his team removed asbestos from our attic, installed baffles, and then reinstalled blown-in cellulose insulation. His quote was reasonable; significantly lower than other quotes we received. Brian let us know each day when he was coming and waited if we were not home. I think the best part of the whole experience was when his team discovered a purse full of old letters in the attic. I had said to throw everything out - but they saved the letters. It turns out the letters were written by the couple who originally built our house, and we were able to return the letters to the family. The respect for our house and its contents was amazing. Brian also gave us all the info we needed to apply for the zonolite trust. His team also liked my obnoxious dog, who would supervise them getting started for the day. I worked outside a few days, and they offered me pizza and water - above and beyond service. I highly recommend!"
