Since it was going to rain before they could get to the job they came out and patched all the holes they could and covered areas that needed covering. On the day of work they diligently covered everything with tarp around the outside and put protective boards up around the windows. Am I able to complete my small Royal oak bungalow in 3 and 1/2 hours?."

"From start to finish the job was completed with attention to detail, on budget and on time. The trim installers (Chris and Danny) were fantastic. They took their time and cared for the project like it was their own house. It was a big project. I had all outside exposed wood covered in trim and/or vinyl soffit. I can't thank Sun Home enough. During the gutter installtion a small piece of the trim was dented and it wasn't a huge problem but the job was done so well that I asked for it to be replaced. This happended, by the way, when a second crew, not Chris and Danny installed the gutters. On final inspection I showed Dave ( saleperson and delightful man) and he said give him a few days and they would take care of it. Like clockwork, he sent Chris back out and took care of it. To Chris, Danny, Rob and Dave, I thank you all for a well-done project from start to finish. I highly recommend Sun Home!!"

It's just that there are more pressing issues that need my attention. I contacted 6 places about window cleaning. Two didn't respond and the other3 played telephone tag or texted promising to send me a quote but never did. Then I heard back from this one. Bonnie is making money for Michigan Elite Window Cleaning! Her manner on the phone is a great first impression. As is her efficiency in applying just the right amount of nudging without being a pest. Her interpersonal skills are excellent and so is her follow up when she promises to get back with an answer. There are many more choices for window cleaning than the 6 I contacted but I doubt you will find anyone who gets you on the schedule better than Michigan Elite.
