Integrity was everything we hoped for and more. They were very nice to work with, from sales all the way down to each manager and crew on each phase of garage redo. And when something wasn't right someone came out right away.

Came and charged me $600 to do some minor prep work. Was supposed to install siding . Never returned my calls . I didn’t expect this level of unprofessionalism on this app . Highly disappointed

Korey was a pleasure to work with. The roof was just the beginning of our garage redone. The job was started 2 weeks ahead of schedule. It was done in 1 day. We are very pleased

Called them for an estimate for siding they called back in less than 30 minutes asked me what i needed i told then i wanted my house sided she tells me that im to far away because of material shortage but then she says if i would add windows or a new roof they would come and give me an estimate

Usually very leery of some remodelers, The ones i used to deal with are mostly retired. But am very happy with Integrity!! Nice when someone keeps their promises. Would recommend to anyone!!

The salesman was informative and complete, answered any questions we had, didn't try to sell us anything we really didn't need. the crew were prompt and efficient, their supervisors were also great, had one little touch up to do but was done the very next day. It looks great and we would contact them again if we needed more work done. We would defintely recommend the company.

Workers were punctual and worked fast. Happy with the look of the roof and the project manager answered any questions that I had. We did ask them to come back because I was not happy how they did the flashing on the chimney. They were eager to please and fixed the flashing to my liking the next day.

Everything went perfectly from the initial step of getting the proposal from Scott, to the scheduling of the work by Josh, and then the work being done by the very competent crew who did a great job of installing our new gutters on our home.

Korey and his arrived around 8am and were finished, clean up and all by mid afternoon. Very professional, friendly, and courteous. My neighbor even commented that it looked like no one had been here because of the thorough clean up. Thanks Korey!

Integrity Home Exteriors pushes the fact that they're a christian company, so be prepared for that speil. Despite their supposed ethics they use typical hard sell tactics. An overly long quote process which was mostly a commercial for the company. A "buy it today" pricing scheme (this is the cost, but only if you buy today). And the quoted cost was very high. I didn't go with their services.

We really liked working with Integrity. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and have great response times. We will definitely hire them again in the future.

The first rep spent two hours at the house, did a long presentation touting ethical values (with biblical quotes no less) of the company and their guarantees and concern for the customer, gave a verbal estimate with a promise of a written one next day as it was almost ready. I called him a week later, he was working for a different company already and told me to call reception to get to a different rep. That rep called me after a week, did not know what the agreement had been. Pulled something out of a hat without knowing anything about the property other than the scetchy notes he had on the computer. No apologies, no concern about misunderstanding and lack of information. Just sent me an estimate for skylight only which was higher than what I got before from the first rep. So much for integrity.

Even though Integrity wasn’t the successful bidder, Scott represents Integrity well. Scott is very knowledgeable and courteous.

Great presentation and knowledge about the products they carry

Overall, I feel positively about the quality, appearance, and durability of the final product. The salesman and project manager were extremely professional, honest, and easy to work with. It was clear they stood behind their product and work. A couple issues popped up during the project and were promptly resolved. Crews were efficient and professional. Price was a bit more expensive than preferred, but it was reasonable given the quality of the installed roofing system.

The estimate process was great and they laid everything out clearly as far as what needs to be done.

Everything was great from consultation to completing the work. Excellent communication when material arrived and when work would be performed.

The work was done to my satisfaction and it looks great needed some wood replaced under attached garage and some roof repair

Have not picked a vendor yet, but great Customer Service and were punctual and polite
