Came and charged me $600 to do some minor prep work. Was supposed to install siding . Never returned my calls . I didn’t expect this level of unprofessionalism on this app . Highly disappointed

The salesman was informative and complete, answered any questions we had, didn't try to sell us anything we really didn't need. the crew were prompt and efficient, their supervisors were also great, had one little touch up to do but was done the very next day. It looks great and we would contact them again if we needed more work done. We would defintely recommend the company.

Workers were punctual and worked fast. Happy with the look of the roof and the project manager answered any questions that I had. We did ask them to come back because I was not happy how they did the flashing on the chimney. They were eager to please and fixed the flashing to my liking the next day.

Everything went perfectly from the initial step of getting the proposal from Scott, to the scheduling of the work by Josh, and then the work being done by the very competent crew who did a great job of installing our new gutters on our home.

The team was professional and prompt. We were able to monitor some of the siding installation, and when we were not happy with the alignment, they removed and reinstalled. Being extremely hesitant to have siding placed on our house to begin with, we wanted to ensure it looked as good as it could. The only downside was that there was more painting to be done on the remaining and/or new wood installations remaining after installation than we anticipated. To be clear we were not mislead by the company. It was just a miscommunication. The roof repair was done a few months later to remedy a faulty installation (by another company) around our chimney area. The crew was very professional and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Some additional issues were found during the repair. We were informed ahead of time that this was a possibility. They were quick to address it. We have been happy with the results.

Can anyone help?! This is a NIGHTMARE. It rained last night so my wife will wake up to water literally dripping inside the house through the ceiling (with our en suite water-bucket soundtrack). Integrity created a major active leak that is causing significant damage even months after install. The shingles DO 'look' amazing, it is the water damage spreading inside our home that seems to be the issue. Integrity replaced the entire roof system in our home this year. The salesmen were great, we were more than happy to invest $12,000 in our home and future, and we are simply devastated. The result is this powerless position where the damage created just continues unabated. I probably need to contact some other company or get legal representation or something. I am open to ANY recommendations from my community (Holland, OH) [email protected]. I have never left a negative online review in my life, but I hope this helps someone. Me? The next person? Anyone?? I am too busy to be dealing with this, and apparently, so is Integrity. A very special Thank You to any friends or neighbors who can help with a referral or have some experience and advice. My family truly values and appreciates your time.

Overall, I feel positively about the quality, appearance, and durability of the final product. The salesman and project manager were extremely professional, honest, and easy to work with. It was clear they stood behind their product and work. A couple issues popped up during the project and were promptly resolved. Crews were efficient and professional. Price was a bit more expensive than preferred, but it was reasonable given the quality of the installed roofing system.
