"After my experience with Woodward Electrical Services, I would not recommend their services. My husband and I hired Woodward Electrical Services to fix the whole house fan in our home. An electrician came to evaluate the fan and replaced the switch, however, the repair did not work. We called and the electrician came to the house again, but was unable to fix the problem - although they did not charge us for the second visit. He stated that he needed to order a part. After a week without hearing from the company, we tried to contact them. We called at least ten times without a response. The call goes to an answering service in another state. The answering service stated to me that they then send a text message to the business owner with the information from the customer call. Eventually, I went to the address listed for Woodward Electrical Services. The address is a residential home - the person who answered the door stated that the owner of the business did live at this address and provided me with the owner's cell phone number. I left two messages for the owner, however, I did not hear back. Frustrated with the lack of response from Woodward Electric, I contacted the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint. The BBB was unable to get a hold of Woodward Electrical Services as well. It has been three months since we originally contacted Woodward Electrical Services, and unfortunately, we are out $150 and our house fan is still broken."

"When I had first reached out to them and it was after hours and left a message and Ben called back the next morning and in one hour, Ben and Kevin came in the door, assessed the mess with all the old wiring, presented their very fair estimate and the next day they here on time, completed the work on the estimate and all in proper working condition. Chris also understood that I am very sensitive to WIFI in our house and made sure that the new modem that was installed would not send out a WIFI signal. He took the time to listen to my concerns. I plan to hire Cups Networking to fix the work that I had done last year by a different electrician who helped me hardwire the house for internet. The other electrician did not do it correctly. We are also going to add hardwired internet access points to other areas of the house. If you are concerned about WIFI in your home, then hire Cups PC and Networking. Deal with a company who understand how the networking systems work. I am very happy that I hired him from Home Advisor."
