"Good results in clearing my drain from kitchen island. It took a lot of effort to succeed. But it’s still very good some 3 weeks post job. They cleaned up after too."

"Sean has been my plumber from Best Plumbing several times. He and his coworker TJ this last time was quick, efficient and got right to the problem. My problem was back up at the main. If you want quality plumbing work in Dearborn, I highly recommend Best Plumbing.. Sean always gives me good plumbing tips."

"Quick, effective, and cleaned up afterwards with fair prices! I'd definitely use them again."

"Though more accomplished than expected, the workers surprised me with a failed result. They couldn't put the project back together correctly; everyone saw something was off. Outside the stall looked fine, but the tile they "replaced" was actually the original, just poorly handled. They left the last row unfinished after hitting a curve hard and breaking the tile apart. Instead of using a diamond saw for a clean $400 straight cut, they took a shortcut that ruined the piece. The tile broke jaggedly, so they tried to hide the damage by burying the break line under piles of caulk and extra material. Now, the fracture is "leaking" through the mess. Worse, they left a metal tool inside the assembly, blocking water flow. While the drain placement was okay, the plumbing is now a disaster. They tore up the floor unnecessarily when they could have just cut small plugs around the pipe, swapped the plastic, and used thinnest Because of their "gung-ho" attitude and lack of communication."

"Bryan and his team were able to complete my water heater replacement with timing that met my needs, and high quality work. They also changed out two valves that were leaking on a connected water line for me (for an additional charge). Pelkey Services work was efficient, clean, and met my expectations. I would work with them again, and recommend them."

"I had a great customer experience! Adam & Paul snaked my drain & put a camera down the drain. I had Roots in my drain. Adam & Paul helped assess my options! They both gave me great advice on what I could do with my root problem. They made me a forever customer of Capital Plumbing! Great prices & willing to work with me! Thanks Chanel WB Michigan"
