"A couple of weeks ago, we noticed a faint smell of gas from our fireplace. We checked Google for contractors, as one does, and found Lil Joeâ s. Joe was available to come out that day to address the smell and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure the leak was fixed. He added a shutoff valve to the fireplace gas line in the basement, and replaced the inner workings of the fireplace itself. We then proceeded to order gas logs from Joe and he installed those just last week. His prices are fair, he is extremely clean, and his work is fantastic. I would suggest Lil Joeâ s to anyone that is in need of a gas fireplace install or maintenance!"

They did a beautiful job and, it being our first remodel, were very helpful with suggestions on what was needed, from what items were needed, from cabinetry to backsplash to countertops to flooring. "Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

There were no cost surprises at the end of the project. They also work with a credit company that can finance the project for a good deal (no interest for 18 months at that time). The team was professional and they finished the work on time (the actual work took about two days). The cost was maybe a bit more pricey than the average, but the job was well done and without extra costs or surprises at the end."
