Well, it's been a month now and the shower is still not completed.......the glass door and wall, 2 shelves and 2 grab bars have yet to be installed. For the price we paid, we should get way better service than this. Not happy with Premier Home Pros."

"Premier Home Pros converted my bathtub to a walk in shower in November 2024. The shower is beautiful and functional. I’m a senior citizen and I uneasy climbing into the tub to shower. The work was done in 1 day as promised. It’s been 5 months. I had a small leak where the shower frame meets at the bottom in the corner. I contacted customer service and the problem was a quick fix with caulking. The initial installers were professional, respectful of my home and cleaned up after the installation. I wish I had done this several years ago. I highly recommend this company."
