They wanted $165 before even coming out. They bought the wrong style faucet so I was w/o running water overnight. I told the tech to disassemble the drain and take out the knife that fell in earlier. He couldn't find it. This year I noticed that the drain pipes were crooked so I had someone else come in to repair work that PPH did. They found the knife and did the drain pipes that PPH should have done correctly.

Jamie did a great job. He provided a creative solution to meet our needs and protect against any future leaking issues. He was prompt and professional. Work was completed and the charge was within the estimated range. We were very pleased with the work and would hire again.

The installation was flawless. Both gentleman installing the unit were professional and informative with knowledge on things to be aware of with the unit. They were even kind enough to let me observe and ask questions in regards to the whole plumbing aspect.

Preferred plumbing returned my call early Friday morning after I left a message the night before for the work I needed completed ASAP.  They located the parts and were on site by noon.  It was an outside job and the plumber worked in the rain to complete the job before the end of the day in a very professional and courteous manner.  He answered all my questions.  I would hire them again in a second and would recommend them to others.

Jamie came out exactly at said appointment time and made necessary repairs. He was a really nice guy, courteous and polite, and did a great job. Preferred Plumbing & Heating will be the ONLY plumbing company I use in the future!

Prompt service. Good interaction with provider. He drove to the supply store at no charge to get the parts we needed. Helpful in answering general questions about plumbing problems. Volunteered to put an estimate together for work at a family member's house

They were fast and didn't ever try to upsell us and the guys were very respectful and polite.  We appreciated them and their customer service.

We had Joe out again to install a water softener.  Joe provides quality service at a very reasonable price.  Joe is very reliable and professional.  If you are not currently using Joe you should be because you will not find a better plumber.

Able to come out the next day. Did not appear confident in what approach to take to complete the job, but the work was completed in reasonable time period with no leaks and no need for callback. Cost was within reasonable range.

Came out to give an estimate. Was very honest in what the job would entail and that the estimate had to be a price range. Was back in a few days to do the work. Was very professional. Did the repair, despite the huge challenges, and cleaned up everything afterward. Charged no more than the estimate.

Preferred Plumbing installed a central air unit in my home. The did an amazing job.  The were clean, friendly and very punctual.  The quote was the exact amount owed.  The unit works great and was $500.00 less than the other quotes I received for the same unit.

You pay an initial fee and then pay by every 15 mins they are on-site. They called prior to arrival to explain they were on their way and we were still needing their service. They arrived on-time and were professional. My husband was concerned they would might not have a sense of urgency to the call because the longer they were here, the more money they would make. However, they were fast and very considerate of the time and that time is money. The two of them got on the problem right away and went above and beyond the level of service we even expected. They offered to run the camera and cleaned the line all the way to where our line connects to the city. We have not had any problems since then. I would highly recommend them and we will use them again.

Mike was thorough and professional. He assessed the issues and solved the water hookup problems.

He replaced the garbage disposal.

There were a couple of issues that he explained to me how he would fix but didn't offer to fix. I ended up doing those on my own. This was fine because it saved me money in the end, but honestly I would have paid him to fix them right away. That's why I called someone.

They are very prompt, very courteous. They will also do some rerouting of gas lines for the fireplace in our new home. They are able to accomidate a difficult schedule and they are very professional. Also very neat and respectful.

reworked plumbing from exiting tub to a new shower and installed shutoffs and shower valve a**.

As part of a bathroom remodel project this company was reposnsive to our needs and advised if we had any trouble to just call and they would take care of it.
