"My in-laws hired Great Lakes Lawn Care to plant large trees and flowering shrubs. Months later, the large trees had exposed roots, and the flowering shrubs were all dead. When they confronted the owner, instead of taking responsibility, he gave ridiculous excuses—blaming animals for digging up the trees and claiming the flowers died because they weren’t properly watered or maintained. What’s worse is that when my in-laws brought in a different lawn care company for a second opinion, they were told the trees had been planted far too shallow and the "flowers" were essentially weeds. In other words, the work was done poorly from the start. Had Great Lakes Lawn Care acknowledged their mistakes and tried to fix the problem, things could’ve been resolved peacefully. But instead, they chose to lie, deflect blame, and treat customers as if they were the problem. It’s unacceptable that a company operating this dishonestly is still in business. Before more people fall victim to their carelessness and lack of integrity, they should be held accountable. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company."

Black Diamond Sprinklers works directly with homeowners and businesses in contracting rolls as well as sub contracting through various landscaping companys. Our company accepts cash, check and various charge cards. We also offer financing options with John Deere Landscapes.
"Had Black diamond sprinkler out in the fall. The guy that blew my system out also blew off one of my sprinkler heads into the street and a car ran over it. I called immediately to have them come back out and repair my sprinkler which they damaged. The lady told me on the phone they were too busy at that time to get to it so they would be out in the spring. Here it is spring and I'm trying to get a hold of the company to come out and repair my sprinkler that they broke and I cannot reach anyone on the phone to even give me a call back. Would not recommend this company to anybody. If I could give it a zero star I would. Thank you Mrs. Coop"
