DO NOT USE!!! Cody has also ghosted us. We had the Outdoor Group design and install landscaping last year. Many of the plants and 2large trees died. I contacted them in May for replacement and we STILL havent gotten them. Not sure what is going on. He was also going to do additional work, but we never received the quote after many months and weekly reminders.

"The client was informed the plants would be warrantied by spring. We are well within our contract warranty period, and agreed to a replacement, yet we still received this review. Either way, the warranty will be taken care of. Unfortunately, we cannot make everyone happy, even if they were originally happy with the project. We are sorry for your experience and will see to it the warranty will be completed."

After spending over $30,000 with Outdoor Group last year I had to contact Cody to replace a few trees under warranty that had died and to complete the tree pruning that was part of the fee Two arborvitae were replaced and a 8â dead blue spruce was removed . Cody said that there were no growers with replacements in stock and he would replace it in the fall. Heâ s missed two previous dates and now Cody wonâ t respond at all. Cricketsâ ¦. Very disappointing.

Chavarin Landscape LLC worked with me patiently while I decided what I wanted my front yard to look like. Hernan (owner) and his associate worked quickly and efficiently to tear out and then plant my new shrubs. Ià ¢à  à  m very pleased with their work, and I feel the price was fair. Remove and replace collapsed 60' railroad tie retaining wall along stream with boulder construction. Repair, stabilize, and reinforce damaged and offset foundations of brick arch across stream. Install patio alongside stream. Interact with state environmental agency. Tuckpoint repair front porch. Re-level and repair damage from equipment, exceeding expectations. Replace damaged lilac bush. Crew discussed work with owner when change decisions necessary. Crew was exemplary in daily behaviour, daily and final clean-up, provided leftover boulders on request. The project was more complicated than bid but contractor honored bid without question.

John and his crew we're awesome! Final result was exactly as he described and exceeded our expectations. His crew was prompt, worked hard every day and cleaned up the site after. My retaining wall was in terrible shape and the crew did outstanding work to say the least. I talked to 13 retaining wall contractors in SE Michigan before choosing them and the work that Johnâ s team led by Jose was 5 star. Jose was detailed and perfect with his work. I would choose no other. They were also priced quite well.

We are over the moon with the results of this project! John had a vision for the front of our Cape Cod house that surpassed everything we had in mind. He knew what we needed for 3-season color, textureâ ¦ everything! The plan he came up with has accentuated the front of our house 100 fold. Where do I begin? John is a true landscape artist. What he designed exceeded our expectations. John understands city/township landscaping criteria and works with you to incorporate your personality to design a one-of-a-kind landscape. Our landscape was completed within two days. The crew was professional, polite, worked their tails off, and cleaned the area. Johns communication was excellent. During the project John was there each day and communication between John and the crew was continuous. Communication between John and us was fluid. I knew what to expect throughout the instillation. Bottom line do not hesitate to use the Outdoor Group for any home project. I will certainly use when remodeling my basement.

Had a retaining wall deconstructed, trench dug, foundation laid, and wall rebuilt. Great experience. They were able to get me in very quickly, work was done as promised. John, the owner who gave consult and quote, was responsive, thorough, and well organized. Workers were professional, respectful and CLEANED UP when left. Very happy.
