Best basement remodelers near Alpena, MI

"Living in Cheboygan, Michigan, it can be hard to find a trustworthy contractor. We are so glad we found Community Construction through their website, CommConstruct.com. We ended up hiring them to completely remodel one of our bathrooms. We wanted to change from a standard bathroom with a tub and shower to a beautiful tiled walk-in shower, along with a new tiled floor and new vanity. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them."

"Very easy to work with did a awesome job replacing a roof and installing new siding and windows"

"Amanda was really very good!  At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.  It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about.  I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!

We are the guys that pay great attention to the details. The son of a master carpenter and general contractor I have served customers in Northern Michigan for well over 25 years in the construction industry. At All American we are able to handle various size projects through the coordinated effort of our crew and our excellent sub-contractors. Heating and air conditioning has always been a specialty area for us and that is why the E mail is so set-up, since that is where the emergency calls are generated ,especially here in the North. Your satisfaction and comfort are our primary concerns. \nPatrick Skiba-Owner,mgr,worker

I am a true Jack of all trades! If it was worth doing, it’s worth making sure it was done correctly. Quality takes second place to nothing. Areas I though roughly enjoy are custom projects. I am here to see that your dreams become reality. No matter what your expectations and standards are, I always strive to go above and beyond what’s required. I over think absolutely everything making sure no matter the project, that we don’t have to go backwards. My time is valuable and you worked hard for the money you will spend. I won’t waist either.
