Fantastic communication before, during, while closing up the details of the project. Each where professional, polite, and positive attitude. "We received quotes from 3 companies as we began planning a partial bathroom renovation ( tub / shower upgrade). Our sales rep explained the renovation process in great detail and introduced us to our construction supervisor via phone the same day we signed our contract. The quality of the materials this company uses far surpasses that of the other 2 companies even though there wasn't much difference in the price quotes."
