Remarkable Renovators handled the framing, insultation, subcontracted the drywall, did all the trim, the flooring, and the painting, and built a custom closet for us. Jamie and his team did an excellent job. They quoted us a fair price, started the project on time, and did quality work. His team members were hard working, professional, courteous, and dependable. "Our A/C stopped functioning. They removed dust and debris from the coils in the 'inside' unit. They also cleaned the drainage hose that took condensation out. Unfortunately, they missed an overflow tray which filled up a few days later, overflowing above the ceiling of our living room. It soaked the plaster. We are still getting bids to fix it, but the bids are hovering in the ~$500-$700 range. VanderHyde was apologetic and fixed the problem promptly when notified, but the damage had been done. I think it was an honest oversight. But that oversight doubled the cost of the repair. I would still use them again.

Jon the head contractor showed extensive and wide ra ging knowledge and expertise. His detail work was exceptional. He was able to perform tasks we requested but also was able to troubleshoot problems we didn't know how to solve, suggesting several options for us to consider. The work he did for us has lasted years showing no wear and tear. Would recommend him again."
