"This is the first of my ratings which covers the introduction and project planning. Paul is professional and intelligent about my needs. The pricing is standard for the item and labor. "Thank you. I ended up with a furnace and air conditioner properly sized for my house, which has dropped my utility bills (so far) by $100 a month. They also came up with a great plan for a steam humidifier to address my breathing problems, and truly the air is cleaner than it used to be. I have been able to discontinue using most of the extra HEPA units I've been running, which once they are all off may increase the savings to $200 a month. Thanks for really figuring out what I need! I will be back if I need anything else! Note: final calibration of the steam humidifier will occur after our water softener gets fixed, for the obvious reason. I totally trust them to come back and finish up that little bit!"

Here’s how AC professionals will clean your AC coils:

  1. Unplug the AC unit or turn off the breaker to the unit in your circuit breaker box.

  2. Remove the faceplate.

  3. Spray a vacuum hose attachment or compressed air can to remove debris, dust, dirt, and grime.

  4. Use a soft-bristled fin comb to remove stubborn caked-on debris.

  5. Use the vacuum hose to suck up any extra debris.

  6. Take a coil-safe cleaning solution and spray it onto the coils. Try to choose a no-rinse solution.

  7. Let the solution sit for at least 15 minutes.

  8. Gently wipe away loosened grime and debris with a microfiber cloth.

  9. Reattach the faceplate, plug in your AC system, or turn the breaker back on.
