Jim was very flexible with me in scheduling- we needed to reschedule due to weather. He was on time, and explained thoroughly what the inspection would entail. He pointed out what all he had done afterward, and sent the report to me promptly. He was very patient and prompt in helping me follow the report, and is willing to follow up with us if needed.

He is very open to questions, communicated the concerns he finds throughout his inspection. He is very timely and does an awesome job. He then finishes it off with a very thorough inspection report that includes pictures and videos of his findings.

Jim responded immediately after I submitted the request for an air quality test and was able to go to the house the same day to collect the sample. We got the results in a few days which was faster that I expected. He was very friendly, professional and courteous throughout and also sent videos at every step explaining what everything meant. Highly recommend!
