If you prefer work done outside of your home versus inside, exterior waterproofing is best for you. However, interior waterproofing is often less expensive since the area is easier to reach and requires less labor.

Finding water under your sink can throw a wrench in your day, but acting quickly can prevent water damage. Soak up water with a towel, then put a fan or dehumidifier near the open cabinet to dry it as fast as possible. If any mold or mildew has formed, you may need to replace the bottom of the cabinet.
