We agreed on a 4pm arrival time, they never showed, at 5pm they send a text to reschedule they were stuck at another job. Ok I understand. We agreed that someone would come at noon the next day. At 1pm I call to see if anyone is coming. He sad they are on their way and are very busy and their time is valuable. I understand but I also took time out of my work day for them to come. They agreed on noon time then argued with me that they are busy? Then the person he sent to my house said he came to my door and no one answered. Ummmm no. I have camera's and dogs. I can 100% guarantee he never came to my door. Don't be shitty. So just don't take jobs that you don't have time for.

First let me start withâ ¦I know all of the tradesmen and women are BUSY! Thereâ s never not a need. I respect that. I also value my own time and money. Being a homeowner is stressful and when something goes wrong, you need support and someone you trust that can help you. Iâ m a single mom and I work hard for all that I have. When I began to have a major plumbing issue, I was stressed!!! My home was built in 1900. It has a single pipe drain system to the city sewer. It became clogged (very slow moving) and guess what began slowly backing up into my basement?! You guessed it! Everything being flushed from my home. 𠤢 I called SIX plumbers. You know how many called me back? One, Royal Flush. (Again, respectfully..I understand how busy they are, but just a call back saying I canâ t would have been more helpful than radio silence) I called Royal Flush, left a message. Within minutes received a call back. By the end of the conversation, they would be here this afternoon!!!! What?! No way?! Today?! And guess what else??? They showed up, when they said they would. So informative. So kind. So professional. My stress and anxiety are gone and I can breathe easy again. Listen, owning a home is expensive but Iâ m more than happy to spend my money on quality, professionalism, and a company I can count on! Thank you Royal Flush for helping this mom out and removing some extensive stress!!!

They were available the next day when others wouldn't even call back. This was a holiday weekend as well. Great quality of work for a fair price.

They received a 5star from me. However, it should be noted that the tech/plumber spoke to only the tenant and did not connect with me (owner): until I asked the tenant to have him message me directly to communicate; I suggest speaking with the person who is paying you next time.

Replaced my well pump. Very pleased. The price was higher than what I was expecting, but you truly get what you pay for. I went on the website (which is very well done) and they had a convenient text option, which was nice because I was leaving for work at 6 a.m. and did not want to call too early. I had a response in 10 minutes, and they could look at it midmorning. Upon showing up, Matt had it diagnosed in minutes and replaced my pump just a few hours later. Very knowledgeable and professional. If my experience today is how Royal Flush Plumbing operates on a daily basis, then I am confident in saying this company has a bright and lasting future.

Showed up when nobody else would

I had a bathroom sink issue and called Royal, I spoke to Matt, he came out the next day to repair the sink pipe. He was professional, took his shoes off, was courtesy, explained the issue and provided a written receipt. Overall great experience!! Highly recommend

First and foremost the initial conversation on the phone was personable and to the point with a flare for the customer service, second was the tech Balthazer excellent work very friendly and professional, he even cleaned his work area after completing his task which I have seen others not do.I will say hire Royal Flush if you're in need of a plumbing company, you will be quite pleased.

They called and came the next day. .We went with broken plumbing for a month, either they didn't work on mobile homes or the rare 1 or 2 places that did were booked for months. A little pricey but work was well worth it!

A rodent chewed a pin hole opening in one of the plastic pipes under my kitchen sink. I could see that everything was very wet, including electrical wiring, but I could not see where the water was coming from. I searched for a plumber in my town because my previous one had just retired. They came in less than an hour. They used a cell phone to take pictures and showed me the one of the damaged section. The water meter had previously been moved inside to meet town regulations, which accounts for the electrical wiring. If I had not found help quickly, a lot of damage might have resulted.

Matt is a true pro. I've talked to and worked with several contractors. He's the only plumber who offered to show me his plumbing license. He's also the only one who wore "booties" over his shoes for the estimate and the work. He also calls before he comes over, which is also rare. And he provides written estimates; I met with two other plumbers, one whom I had worked with before, and both seemed reluctant to quote an exact price or write one down. Matt removed an old washer hook up and installed a new one in less time than I expected and for a somewhat reasonable price given the higher cost of materials now. His work is also neat and he cleans up afterward. Best of all, he showed up. I called about 25 plumbers within a 30-mile radius. Some told me I was outside of their coverage area. Central Maine needs honest, resonsive, and professional plumbers. Matt's practical, hard work ethic gives me hope for the future. I will call him again.

Matt contacted me right away and was excellent in understanding the job I needed done. It was the middle of October and I needed my heat tape for the water line replaced under my mobile home. He had someone(a very nice and experienced young man) there the next morning and the job was done expertly and reasonably. The mark of a good contactor is CUSTOMER SERVICE and Matt certainly has that. I will be recommending him to anyone I know that needs a plumber.

He has a great personality easy going and very professional. He is very knowledgeable. I'm so happy that we found Matt he is A+++ Don't hire anyone else!! Best contractor I have ever worked with.
