There was an additional job (building a firewall in the attic- not the best of conditions) which he took on even though it meant adjusting his schedule. "Josh was a very nice person to deal with, but feel with the amount of work there were some things that were over looked. Think it might have been to big of a job for him. I will say he was a very nice person to deal with. But we have a big project for him and feel like somethings were hurried towards the end and did not get all molding and done that should have been done. His customer was very good, just think somethings he told us he would did not get done and it might have been lack of communication on both part."

"90% Satisfied. Tried contacting to get painter to come back and touch up areas that only had one coat with no luck after seeing in daylight vice late evening. Also found numerous paint spots on flooring and had to remove ourselves since we didn t get through to them. Mirrors were removed in Master Bathroom and put back up but made new holes vice using original which made for patch and repaint by us. Not fully satisfied but this could have just been a one off. Weather came through that probably put him in a bind to rush job. I would rather that he returned call so that we could work something out."

"Originally hoped to repair a set of exterior stairs, add a rail to a second stair set, and re-deck a raised deck/platform. Extensive wood rot required rebuilding the stairs and substantially rebuilding the deck. A new set of stairs was also built to m a ke the raised deck accessible/usable. While the expanded project exceeded the initial estimate, the work was needed. All work was performed to high quality standards, and completed as promptly as possible, given weather delays. Contravtor communication was good, and he kept the works items clean as nd organized throughout."
