Basement Drainage Channels Installation
Nate did an excellent job and I would hire him again. He is a great communicator via text, phone and in-person. He let me know the days that he would be doing work at my house and he texted me about half an hour in advance to let me know that he was on the way. Nate installed a drainage system, which involved using jackhammers to dig a trench around 75% of the interior wall of my basement. He repaired 3 large cracks in my basement wall, installed 2 sump pumps, and installed a drainage system into my yard. Nate was able to work around unexpected issues. For example, we discovered that my house sits on ledge, which made the jackhammering more difficult and which required modifying the original sump pump plan. Nate is friendly and easy to work with. His crew was great too. They lugged a LOT of debris out of my house to Nate’s trailer. Nate and his crew cleaned up the work areas. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with anyone who has done a big job at my house.

Foundation Drainage Installation and Replacement
Eastern Maine Drainage was quick to assess our problem and Nate was able to set up an appointment within a few days to remedy our drainage issue. He was on time, communicated clearly, and was tidy with his work. Since I was at work while he was installing the new sump pump and drain line, he kept me in the loop about his progress. He had a detailed estimate that he stuck to, and he even deducted the cost of some PVC when he realized he didn't need as much as he initially planned. I would recommend him to anyone needing work in their basement.

Nate came in and installed a new sump pump & discharge as well as dealing with a 15 foot polyurethane crack injection. Left no mess and was in and out very quickly.
