"We were very fortunate to find Scott of Island Painting through HomeAdvisor. My husband is an engineer and a fine woodworker and he judged that Scott is a meticulous painter who does fine work and goes above and beyond, even ridding us of a bee's nest near the house trim he was painting. Part of our house is three stories, but Scott managed to paint all the fascia board, and do some repairs while he was at it. Very pleasant personality. Five star work!!"

"J & M Exteriors installed a vinyl fence at our home. Prior to doing so, they had to uninstall a wooden fence. We were not charged for the removal of the fence. Justin, Dan, and the rest of the crew were extremely professional, courteous, and hard working. They were able to get the job done quickly and meticulously. A cross brace for a fence gate should stretch from the top corner of the gate’s hinge side to the bottom corner of its latch side at a 45-degree angle to the bottom of the gate. This positioning distributes the bulk of the gate’s weight to the base of the post, taking pressure off the top hinge.
