Birdy and Brush

I am so pleased with Erikas results. I had tired white wire shelving in my closet when we purchased our home, and I was looking for a new custom setup. She asked tons of questions, helped me focus on what and how items should be stored, and walked me though beautiful closet systems. Unfortunately, custom is simply out of my budget. But she came up with a plan that keeps my closet easy to maintain, and is very pretty! She really took the time to address my storage needs and now everything fits easily. She installed everything herself. The wire shelving is gone and I am proud to show it off. I plan to work with her again.

We are extremely pleased with the result of Erika’s work. Our painted rooms were beautiful. Her preparation flawless and her work ethic unsurpassed. She explained everything to us beforehand and took care of every detail. We feel we received great value for our money. Would we hire her again? Absolutely and without reservation. We highly recommend her for anybody who wants a superior result at a reasonable price.

We moved into a new house, and it was really bland in terms of color. The house is a classic farmhouse, and there was some charm in the wood bannister and moldings, but I wanted some color to better bring out the character. Erika with Birdie & Brush really helped envision my hopes into color choices that my hubby and I could agree on. Now, we’ve got a beautiful mustard living room, a soft blue master bedroom, and my rich pink office. And speaking of my office— it had once been a kid’s bedroom, and the walls had been pretty gross— lots of weird bumps around the room. Erika went through and smoothed everything out before painting (see pics). We’re getting ready to start a studio addition project soon, and I will definitely be giving Birdie & Brush a call when its time to paint!

Erika did all kinds of things for house rehab-carpentry, cabinet painting, Sheetrock patching, wall painting. With utmost care and good cheer. Whatever the question, her answer was “yes, I can do that.”
