He came twice, did a good job but did not come the next storm, did not let us know he was not coming either. I had to really scramble to find another to plow on such short notice.. what made it so bad is we are senior citizens and cannot do it ourselves.

"I met with Ron we discussed a plan that would work for both of us to plow and shovel their residence. They seemed nice enough that I could trust them to pay monthly. After three tries of receiving payment, there was no response for a month."
