"Rob is a professional -- personable, knowledgeable, experienced, and perhaps best of all, smart and innovative and able to create good solutions for difficult challenges, for both indoor and outside plumbing. As an example, we had a very complex main sewer leak in an old house with many drains feeding in, and Rob developed the most efficient solution that was superior to the existing main set-up, and it will last for decades. He also thought creatively in putting in an instant-on water heater where there was limited space in the house and created an excellent system there as well.
