"The company set a day for delivery , 11 days after the phone call of ordering it. My payment was taken out immediately. Dumpster was not delivered as stated no phone cal email or text apologizing or explaining why it was not delivered. Could not give another date, apparently they only have 1 dumpster that size. I was offered the inconvenience of a 10 yd dumpster being removed 3 times but I would need to call them and wait each trip but can only have it a week. Awful attempt at correcting their bad service. Upon canceling apparently it costs 25$ to refund. Don’t use this company awful service and communication."
