Metal Roofing Installation and Replacement
We had the old roofing removed and replaced along with two original skylights replaced with glass ones Chris came right to the house and gave us a quote, Zack and his crew came and did the entire work in two days. Very polite and hard-working crew. We had this done a couple of months ago but waited for some really bad weather to come to see if it would hold together and not leak. Chris did a great job replacing the roof on my house 5/23/2022. Zack with a crew of 7 removed and replaced the roof in one day. Chris was very friendly and professional. Just so we're clear the scesny crew stripped and relayed A 1700sqft roof also removed 2 troublesome skylights and repaired a broken truss. Removed water damaged insulation and 2 4x8 peaces of ply wood. Then resheetrocked the ceiling. It was quite the job that I had 4 previous estimates of $7500.00 or more. They did it for $6150.00. Not bad, however, he accepted the job telling me 30 days or less. He then disappeared and would not return any phone calls from mid November until january. HORRIBLE customer respect and service.

Out of all the estimates we got, Chris was the only one who gave us brochures on the materials he would be using. Very professional, and really helpful to us in understanding what would be happening. We were very pleased at how friendly and polite the crew was. They worked hard and finished up in a timely manner. The roof looks great. The only negative is that Chris can be hard to get ahold of, but he is very responsive to questions once you do.

We are very pleased with the roof. The crew was very friendly and answered our questions along the way. The roof looks great and we feel secure with choosing Chris for our job. We felt Chris was professional, easy to speak with and gave us a fair price. It took a bit longer than we anticipated for the job to begin due to seasonal weather and Chris's workload, but it was worth the wait. I recommend Chris for your roofing needs.

Called same day I used Home Advisor and came that day to do the estimate. Prompt and professional. Discussed asphalt and metal roof, went with metal it will last longer and not alot more than asphalt.Crew worked hard and steady. As one side of roof was stripped, they cleaned and put into trailer. Roof looks fantastic!!

"My customers satisfaction and quality of work is extremely important to me. I win many of my customers by the appearance of my work and this steel roof would definiteley be one i would use to show off to any potential customers in that area. I was 3 feet short on a piece of trim and had to order it. it takes 3 to 5 days for the trim to come in. I have many colors in stock but not slate blue. I told the tenant I would notify her as soon as it came in so that I could make an appointment to install it. She did call me but i thought it was to schedule extra work the owner had asked me to do."

After interviewing many roofers, I hired Chris Scesny Construction since he really knows a lot about roofing, including a rebate that other roofers weren't aware of. He offers references & was happy to show me other roofs that he's done in the past. What really put him above and beyond the others is that he's a BBB accredited business with an A+ rating. He was a pleasure to work with, always pleasant, and very patient with me too. I had a lot of questions since I didn't want to jump into this huge project blindly & he was always able to answer everything. His work is top notch and I'm happy with my new roof! I highly recommend this company!

Metal Roofing Installation and Replacement
I have trouble with my roof. A piece from the top of the roof came off 2 weeks ago and Chris hasn't been back to fix it yet. Also, I found a leak in the roof. I have called him 3 times about this problem and he has said that he would be over to fix it the next day. He does good work, but following up with his customers is one of his biggest weaknesses. Would I recommend him? At this time I am getting discouraged with him.

"This customer has exaggerated the ridge cap never came off the roof it was missing one screw on one corner and only vibrated in the wind the roof was always waterproof and there was never any damaged that occurred there roof is in show case condition and I have sold other roofs by the appearance of this roof I do not usually miss anything on the function and quality of my work and I always come ba"
