When I brought this to the owner's attention, he promised to rectify the error, urging me to remove the old floor. But, he left me hanging for weeks with a torn-up floor and no follow-up. To add insult to injury, they managed to damage the cable to my heated floors during the tile installation. From their actions, it seems evident that they lack the expertise and finesse required for tiling, possibly being more accustomed to simpler click flooring installations. Even the simple courtesy of cleaning up after a job was overlooked. I provided a dumpster on-site, yet they chose to litter my driveway with their waste.
