"The crew worked efficiently and were very professional. They had a problem laying wood around my fire place due to uneven cement. They were able to problem solve and add a molding around the bricks. However it was not sitting flat. I texted and told them about the unsightly raised area at the center of the front of the fireplace, But have not heard back. I even gave them an extra $150 to sand the area flat. I going to hire someone to come back to fix the problem."

"Professional down to earth workers focused on what needs to be done. The floors look great and the price was extremely reasonable. They could have done some things better like sealing up the areas that was being worked on from the areas that were not. Saw dust from the sanding was everywhere in the house and had to clean absolutely everything. I didn't notice until after the job was finished but there was some damage from the sanding on the back part of the stairs from their sanding. Overall happy with the job but they could have done some things better..."

"Anthony and Andy replaced boards ruined by water. They placed it staggered and it blended in beautifully. After the sanded and poly u couldnà ¢à  à  t tell where it was patched. They sanded and finished the entire dining and living room. Ità ¢à  à  s just beautiful. I would highly recommend them and will call to install hardwood on our stairs and hallway upstairs in the future. Best of luck in your business Anthony and Andy, it was our pleasure working with you !"

Floor Sanding questions, answered by experts

When considering the price of drilling a well, factor in how much you’ll save in water costs per year. The average family of four uses 100 gallons of water per person per day in the U.S. With a private water well, you can save hundreds each year.

Wells are also environmentally friendly. You don’t need to worry about drinking water treated with chemicals. Talk to at least three well pump contractors in your area. They’ll be able to tell you more about your options, give you different quotes, and discuss the biggest concerns.

A land survey can take anywhere from a few hours to a month or more, depending on the size of the property, the type of survey, the property’s accessibility and topography, and the availability of historical property records. A simple boundary survey to determine a fence line can be completed in a day while surveying 50 acres of undeveloped woodlands may take weeks or longer.

If a buyer pays for a survey, the surveyor they hired will only provide results to them. It’s up to the buyer whether they share the survey results with the seller or not, even if they ultimately walk away from the deal. It’s considered good faith to share the results with the seller, though, especially if you back out of the deal, as the seller can then provide that survey to future interested parties.

To prepare for a land survey, you must thoroughly check your land surveyor’s qualifications, reviews, and fees to align with your expectations. When it is time for the survey to be conducted, ensure that you have all your documents organized and available, know and mark your property lines, and inform your neighbors that the survey is happening.

Measure from zero on a measuring tape by placing the metal hook right up against the edge of what you need to measure. You can also latch the hook onto an open edge—of, say, a table—to accurately measure as well. If you begin at the 1-inch mark, you'll need to subtract an inch from your total.
