I am very disappointed that Rob Shultz, the original builder of my 7 year old house, did not stand behind his work or the work of his sub-contractor, Durfees Flooring Center. I purchased the home from the original owner.  My complaint is specific to the flooring in the home.

They took the extra time needed to fit the gasket at the bottom of the door to the floor which was not level (especially noteworthy since it was SO cold that day). I also appreciate that they did not try to up-sell me to options I didn't need or want. Would definitely hire again.

Flooring was installed according to my schedule which was helpful. The product was fit very well, however the installer didn't leave the floor clean which was a pain. When I did finally get it clean, I found a few small scratches I assume were from tools. I expected more at their labor price...
