I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

Richard was there when the adjuster did the inspection, undoubtedly paving the way for the smooth experience we had with our claim and communicated with us every step of the way to make sure we understood what was happening and why. Because they were dealing with mold removal, an extreme amount of care went into the demolition process and Richard always kept us informed about the safety of the environment. He always followed through on what he said he would do when he said he would do it. His team was skilled, professional and considerate. They used high quality materials and did high quality work. Our basement looks better than it ever did before the damage occurred. I can't imagine how the experience could have been better. We will never use another company to do work that NE Renovations can do."
