"Walter did a great job. He came to our house as scheduled. He even called to say he was going to be a little late as another job was taking him longer than planned. He came on a Saturday at no extra charge on his rates. I was aware of what was causing the leak and what it would take to repair the leak by checking it on a self repair site on the internet.
