Strong math background; Geometry, calculus, physics, was accepted to The University at Twin Cities Minneapolis/ St. Paul for astrophysics, fell through the the financial cracks. In retrospect, couldn't imagine sitting behind a desk 10 hours a day. Building is all numbers, be it cutting a board or utilizing the cut off to save the customer cost of time and material. "guestimating" costs the customer, I don't believe in that New construction; smaller homes, additions, decks, porches, garages/out buildings. renovations; complete remodels: roofing, siding, flooring, kitchens, bath.

I have been in the construction field for about 20 years. I have 2 employees. Myself and a friend. We do our own jobs and some sub contracting. We bill materials and a third of labor up front, another third half way through the job and the rest upon completion.
