As I am fall due to Multiple Sclerosis, this is a major problrm for me., They did do a fix and I will pass final judgement after the winter. Nice, polite crew to have working at my home. "This was one of Angie's special deals. The company did a good job, but
my complaint is that we called them countless times to schedule an
appt. and even though we were told someone would get back to us, no one ever called us back.  My husband came home one day
after months of calling and the team was there doing the job.  I
understand that these deals are popular, but it would have been nice to
at least have received a group email explaining the situation instead of
leaving us hanging not knowing if they would ever come.  Another
company we used for a special deal (gutter cleaning) sent out an email
explaining they were doing houses in groups according to location and
you should contact them if you needed to be home when they arrived.
