"Blue Spruce Property Management was super helpful in removing 3 trees in close proximity to my building! They were the most reasonably priced among all of the other quotes I received. They also were the most prompt in their ability to schedule in a timely manner! Mostly, I appreciated that they were very confident about how they would remove the trees without the need for cranes or other heavy equipment that wouldn't have fit in my driveway. "The new shed was good quality.  I love it, and the value was decent.  John, the owner, is a very professional person, and he knows how to make sheds.  The only issue that I had was I was told by their scheduling department that someone would call me, repeatedly, and it never happened.  I probably had to be on the phone with the company 7 times before appropriate appointments were scheduled.  Granted, they had to time the teardown before the new shed was built, but it should be easier to do than it was in my experience. One day, they were scheduled to come and build it, but there was no shed.  They rescheduled and did it a week later, so it was okay.  
John seemed to be overall concerned about the quality of the job, and customer feedback.  John personally showed up to tear down my old shed, with his employee, once the job had been postponed a few times. When the builders forgot to install my solar light, he showed up personally to install it.  That shows dedication to customer service and satisfaction.
Overall, the experience wasn't bad.  The new shed is excellent, and I am happy I had it done.

"I Couldnt Have Hired A More Responsible Pair... Lau & Stu were unbelievably helpful, kind, efficient, effective and fast. Shrubs next to a building are not a good thing... moving them was a great idea, but finding someone who works with both trees and shrubs , as well as slopes and the lawn, is rather difficult. Id hire them again !!! They were great !!!"

"Brandon is simply the best at his craft and is a great guy all around. He completely gutted the 2nd floor of our home and reconfigured the space adding a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams . He put in a beautiful full bathroom and redid the stairs with handcrafted railings. His passion for detail shows in every single job he does. He is well rounded and can do any job you have . I had him come back to put a whole new roof on our huge garage and he knocked that out of the park also !
