They installed a new waterproof laminate flooring instead of carpets and installed drywall instead of plastic panels we had from when we bought the house. They installed the spot lights and built a closet with a mirror door, which visually added space to the small mudroom (it was their recommendation and Iâ m glad I took it). They also got the deck sliding door replaced. I am very happy with these guys. They were fun to have around the house for few days, they always cleaned the area after they were done for the day and got the project done on time. The job required demo, architect drawings, inspection, installing LVL beams, adding recessed lights, replacing wood flooring, and drywall. The whole job took about 4-5 weeks. Garrett walked us through the whole process and was always very prompt. If he said he would show up at 9 AM, he would show up at 9 AM. He was also very upfront about our costs?no surprises.
