The actual time spent to repair the cupboard include time to obtain the correct hinges and time to replace the hinges once acquired. The original quote was for 4 hours. I would estimate the total time spent on this project was less than 2 hours. I feel the cost of $500 was excessive. For this reason I would likely not turn first to Angi for fear of excessive charges. My concerns do not relate to the quality or efficiency of the pro, I object to the cost. The total cost was in excess of $500 as I was charged (rightfully so) for the cost of the hinges ($36). I don't object to paying for materials but continue to feel this was an excessive charge for this project."
