They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "

Thomas found our septic tank which had not been opened the entire 25 years we've own the house. He quickly removed the blockage and resolved our issue pumping sewage up to the septic tank from the fish house. I will certainly call him first next time we have a problem."
