"I called Mike from Florida for work on a rental property.This is the second time he has done some work for me. The jobs were to Jack up and straighten a porch, clean out basement, shampoo carpets and repair a window. When we got back in May we went over to see how everything looked and he did a fine job on all projects. He stuck to his estimate which I thought was very reasonable. "Gage and his crew did a fantastic job with the new roof. They were very professionals. They did a great job with the clean up. A magnetic roller was used to get all the nails off of the lawn. I was impressed with their service, and would highly recommend them."

Everything went well, except the clean up.  The crew ran into some unexpected problems with our ceiling composition which I think created more plaster dust and ceiling debre than expected.  However, they did not seem equipped with enough drop cloths for even a normal job.  They did a cursory clean up job, but I had to spend a number of hours wiping plaster dust from everything in the room.

On the plus side our recessed lights are perfect and well done.

"Richard did an outstanding job. When he came for an estimate, he traced the water line to the basement. He found that the issue was simply a pinched line that needed to be freed up. He quickly fixed the problem at no charge! I was elated because I was sure that this was a major problem that would cost me several thousand dollars to fix.

I was impressed by his honesty and work ethic as he could have told me anything or charged me for the work that he did. I would definately use this contractor again in the future and recommend him to others.
