Charles is great. My guest bathroom ceiling was leaking and about ready to fall down. He figured out the problem in no time, took pictures so he could show me exactly what was wrong and how he was going to fix it, and then did so, while additionally answering some specific questions about my cooling and heating system. He also agreed to send me a quote to replace my heater as well as quotes to replace the ceiling in the bathroom. While I didn't actually SEE the work he did, I gave it 5 stars because he told me what he was going to do, and I have no doubt he did it. I plan on having him back to do my annual HVAC inspections. Just a great guy with great customer service.

Quick & efficient

Charles was great - I will definitely use CDW again! He came out the same day we spoke on the phone - he was even willing to come after hours at 7:00, which was extremely helpful to me. He showed me everything he was doing, taught me how to care for my unit, and didn't try and "up-sale" me. His price was exactly as discussed over the phone. He showed up on time and in four hours or less ac was working. My only problem was he does electronic receipts and I needed a paper receipt. I do not have a printer to print receipt. Great work. Yes, I would use him again. Other companies wanted to sale me a new unit. This company repaired my unit. Three years left on units warranty.

CDW HVAC was great to work with! They were able to repair my AC on very short notice for a reasonable price. I will be using them again in the future if I ever need AC service.

I needed a new A/C and Heating system, my old unit was 25 years old. I called Charles, he came personally to look at my old system to provide a cost estimate. After receiving the estimate, I did my own research and determined the estimate was more than satisfactory. On the day he specified, Charles was on-site to install my new unit. He personally did all the soldering and freon work required for installing a new unit. He was clean, neat, polite, and did not rush through the installation. And because it was spring and a little cool during the installation, Charles is coming back at the start of summer to insure the freon level is accurate for our hot Texas summers. Charles will be our technician for our annual check-ups. And since I live in a mobile home there are some unique installation challenges when putting a new HVAC system in service and Charles did a superb job!! I strongly recommend him.

Charles was extremely prompt. Less than 2 hours after calling he was on the job! Charles is very friendly and provided great service on an AC unit that was acting up. Charles did HVAC work on my home, my sons and my mother-in-laws homes.He does about everything, very dependable, all around a good person and quality work. He is a people person and a great man. I would recommend him.
