"Josh was great to work with. He was very responsive, fair and followed through on exactly what was needed (drywall finishing) under a tight deadline (with a tenant about to move in) and with a great attitude and attention to detail. There was an additional job (building a firewall in the attic- not the best of conditions) which he took on even though it meant adjusting his schedule. I would recommend Josh as a skilled and reliable contractor with a great work ethic and positive can do attitude."

"I am so happy we found Clean Slate Homesz. We had some bad water damage on the our ceiling and they did a great job of replacing and repairing our issues. "Livingstone was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the projects I needed done. He was flexible in balancing the amount of work to be done within my budget. He planned the project around my family's busy schedule. He and his team repaired and painted wooden siding and trim, sealed gutters, and painted the deck. All the work was done within a day.
