I reached out to Gage after my basement flooded and I was essentially fleeced by a remediation company and was ghosted by a contractor. Gage came out the same day I called to look things over. He asked me what I was looking to do, I told him my priorities and gave him a very strict budget. He did every single thing on my priorities list, stuck within my budget, and communicated with me daily through the entire process. He was quick to reassure me when I was worried about things, and answered any questions I had. If there were any issues or problems he addressed them immediately. Gage truly cares about his clients and it showed in the way he worked with me. I went into this with zero trust after everything I had dealt with. He not only earned my trust, but he kept it. He didn't try to push beyond my budget. He didn't drag out the job. He just cared about righting the wrongs ( wrongs that he didn't do), making sure I was happy with the work, and getting my basement to a place where my 3 older kids could stop sleeping in my living room and have their bedrooms back! Gage was an absolute pleasure to work with. I will definitely be working with him again on future projects. And I HIGHLY recommend everyone else works with him too!

We had a new deck built on our house. Gage was great at communication. He answered me on the first call, was able to give me a price range quickly over the phone, and meet with me that same day to discuss our project. Gage was able to provide a very quick turnaround time for the project so that we are able to enjoy our deck this summer. The pricing was fair and reasonable. I will and have recommend him to friends. We hired Gage and his team to finish an expanded deck project abandoned by another contractor. Gage met with us and patiently heard our ideas, our concepts and immediately set to work making them possible. He was efficient, thorough, and most importantly, made our new deck safe and ready to be used in just five days. I reached out to KCM due to a leak in our roof. Gage got back to me immediately and scheduled a time to come inspect that day. Two days later he had a team here to replace the shingles on our house. His team did an outstanding job and Gage kept us informed through the whole process, taking the time to walk me through the materials his team was using and giving me advice on maintaining the areas of our roof that weren’t being replaced.

1) 3 PVC rubber boots were replaced with a similar but inferior product that was not secured with clamps, but instead duct taped to the PVC. The air vent covers were not addressed at all despite the damage to the screening that prevents rodents from accessing the roof. Instead of securing the requested metal roof deflectors the contractor screwed directly into the metal roof left over metal brackets obviously not designed for this purpose leaving behind several exposed puncture holes directly in the metal roof. 2) The contractor insisted he could repair the interior PVC pipes broken in the walls and the ceiling through the limited attic access crawlspace. He spent considerable time up in the attic claiming to be cementing these sections back together. Non of this work was done. I later found all the broken PVC pipes left unsecured and not replaced or repaired. They were left loose. 3) The original discussion caused the price of the repairs to increase because of the sheetrock that would be removed to access the interior PVC exhaust pipes broken in the walls and the ceiling. However, the contractor claimed that he was able to access and repair and secure the PVC without having to cut through any of the sheetrock. A section approximately 2 feet square that was damaged originally was mud and taped. No other sheetrock work was performed. Finally when he collected my check I asked the contractor if he had a dry/wet vacuum to clean up the sheetrock dust and mud and snow tracked into the house. He said he did not. I told him I had a dry/wet vacuum. Apparently he assumed that I would do the cleanup and immediate left the site. The contractor did not address any of the concerns I had about this job. He showed up over an hour late and despite having pictures and detailed descriptions and dimensions arrived without any materials. After he came to the house he left again for several hours to acquire the required materials

it went wonderfully! fantastic response time, not to mention fast workers. they didnt do a rushed job either; the new ceiling looks perfect, i couldnt be happier :)

Gage and his crew were there within a week of our inquiry and did a huge section of roof in one day despite the 2 feet of snow on the old section! Very communicative and did a lovely job.

Gage at KCM Construction has been great to work with. He came to my house within 24 hours, understood the problems much better than others, quoted me a fair price in writing on the spot, and had the work done within a week. After working to get another company to do the work for 3 months, this was a breath of fresh air. Also, there was some follow up inside work for when I was ready and I didn’t have to chase him down for that. He was very proactive in reaching out to me for a date. Whenever I called or texted him, he responded right back, even on the weekends. I endorse KCM Construction.

Gage was great. My wife and I were doing a search for a contractor on a Sunday and put a request in for KCM to contact us. Gage contacted is right away and even came our on that Sunday to inspect our roof that was leaking badly. He was very professional and over all great guy. He came back 2 days later and fixed our roof. He kept us updated while doing the repairs and the day after we had rain, he called to see if there were any other leaks. He is definitely someone to use for your projects.

It was an exemplary job well done by the crew. Great care was taken by the owner to make sure we knew what the plan was and how things were going. We were able to see pictures as the job was completed. Upon leaving, the area was picked up and materials taken care of.
