Everything went well, except the clean up.  The crew ran into some unexpected problems with our ceiling composition which I think created more plaster dust and ceiling debre than expected.  However, they did not seem equipped with enough drop cloths for even a normal job.  They did a cursory clean up job, but I had to spend a number of hours wiping plaster dust from everything in the room.

On the plus side our recessed lights are perfect and well done.

"We were awoken by a dripping sound on Thursday morning and discovered a steady stream of water pouring out of our bathroom ceiling fan. We immediately called Richard at NE Renovations for help. He returned our call immediately (even though it was still early in the morning), asked a series of questions to diagnose the problem, gave us instructions on what to look for and what to do next, and assured us that one of his plumbers would be there right away to take care of the problem. True to his word, Randy, one of Richard's ace crew members, arrived in no time, isolated the problem, got the necessary parts, and fixed the leak. "I had Mark build me a chicken coop to a design from inside my head, And he made that image in my brain a physical reality and this spring I can get my chicks"

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
