Joe gave us a very reasonable estimate, which he stuck with. He also worked with us to find the best time of year to get his truck and materials up the steep slope, and was great about staying in communication with us throughout the process. We asked him to convert the cabins small attic into a loft, with a ladder/stairs to get up there and a new window. The results were beyond what we were expecting - the finished product was absolutely stunning, and completely transformed the whole space. He has also brought in some AMAZING sub contractors which has also saved me a ton of time. He has managed point with all of them which helped me in a big way. Scotts work has also been fantastic. We gutted two full bathrooms which turned out way better than expected. We also brought some "ideas" to the table as the relate to accent walls which he built perfectly to spec - Couldn't be happier with how they came out. I had Scott install some high end laminate flooring which apparently is not easy to install - They turned out perfectly. Scott went the extra mile to ensure it was done correctly.
