Honestly to many negatives to list! They never finished things that were paid for! It took them forever to do the project from day one! We ere lucky to of got 20 hrs in one month time with two workers!! Several money errors and always in their favor! So much of our time was wasted, do to there constant errors! We were lied to on several occasions! The list honestly goes on and on! We would not ever give this company a recommendation!

"Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I just today (8/12/23) come upon your words. I apologize for this tardy reply. First allow me to say I am sorry you wound up so unhappy. We left your job in November of last year. Had not so very much time have passed perhaps there might have been fixes.. I am a bit surprised that for whatever reason these comments were eight months in coming. The labor portion of the work was a fixed agreed to price. Along the way a number of additional things were added and done which were free of charge. Numerous times though out the project Mr. W.stated he was happy with the way things were looking and very much so. In conclusion if you would like I will gladly drive over to talk with you."

This company does outstanding quality work from start to finish. Dan Allen is very experienced, offers excellent suggestions and is a gentleman to work with. He completed an additional building for us, on time and within budget. The quality of the sub contractors was excellent, and the finished project exceeded our expectations. Dan is a real professional and his partner Gary is professional, helpful and extremely skilled. Both are eager to please, flexible in their approach and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I hired Dan to level and stabilize my camp. He was very professional to deal with, was responsive to my needs and his crew did an excellent job jacking, leveling and stabilizing the structure. He provided an estimated cost and stayed well within it. He also provided photos of the work as it progressed. Since I do not live in the area, the photos were a real asset. I highly recommend him, his partner Gary, and his crew.

The communication is very poor. He also gave a quote and the project costs were double what he quoted.

Dan is exceptionally customer oriented. He is honest, commutative, and extremely knowledgeable. His primary objective is to exceed customer expectations and that motivated him through our entire project. Our addition required significant mediating with the code enforcement officer, management of challenging weather related restrictions and the additional hurdle of having his customer living 3000 miles from the project site. Dan managed all of these issues with grace and skill. I strongly recommend Dan and his team to anyone looking to start a remodeling, or building project

This was not just a roof repair. We had a gazebo that was falling down/apart. We asked Dan if he could haul it away. He said for the same price I can probably fix it. He did just that and it was a great job. Highly recommended

Dan Allen was with us from the start of the project until the very last paint was brushed on. He was attentive to our every whim - and willing to ask questions, provide alternative solutions and offer options that we had not thought about. He called us often, and we felt at ease to call him with questions. Even after a serious accident, he called from his hospital bed to assure us that our project would continue as planned. We grew very fond of the people that Dan had working for him - they were terrific. We are very pleased with the quality of the work - our new garage and laundry/mudroom is fabulous.
