It wasn't exactly what I would have expected from a professional painter, but they did an okay job. They were very responsive.  The owner called me the next day to see how it went.  They were very punctual and professional.  I guess it would be somewhat shady with the lack of ladders they had.  I would probably use them again.  Because of the difficult job, I think overall they probably are decent painters, it was just above their expectations.  They were prompt and worked right thru until they were done."
