"I unfortunately had to reschedule due to a medical emergency once. I then asked if she was okay with me coming to do the work on memorial Day, she was not okay with that. I then asked if I could work there on the weekend to get the job done but she was not okay with that either. I was there on the property for about 18 hours and billed for 24 hours as I had a 2 hour commute both days, and needed time to load and unload materials as well as going to get my mulch. [Member Name Removed] was never even at the property it was her two children that were there. I worked super hard for them and did a fantastic job transforming their property I billed them for my time and materials and she was not happy with the hours I billed her and also was telling me she wasn’t going to pay for the mulch I used to mulch her property when she clearly asked me to mulch all 3 mulch beds at her property. It has been close to 3 months now and I still have not received payment, so yes I did mention small claims court as we are a small business and this bill wasn’t being paid and I needed to collect my money somehow."

"[Member Name Removed] sent me pictures of an area she needed loamed and re seeded. She lives in another state and the communication was difficult to understand the area and exactly what she needed done. I charged her 500$ and spent 200$ on materials to loam and re seed and fertilize an area plus additional costs to get cleaning supplies to clean off some stones. I drove 2 hours to go back to my home town of turner when I told her I was located an hour away in Portland because I like to help people in my own community when I can. I offered to help her out because she couldn’t find anyone else to do the job. I spent a total of 6 hours on this job and feel as if this review is highly untrue and makes me seem like I took her money and never did the job when in reality I did more than she asked me to do, it was just done in the wrong location. I reached out and told her I’d go back and do the area she needed done in the spring time but that planting in the middle of July or august would be pointless unless there was a way to water it which there was not."
