I would?ve been fine with some overcharges if the job had been done in a timely manner, but at times it wasn?t. When asking if they were on their way one evening after a night snow they never responded to me, but did come and plow soon after. The following year I sent them an email when my spouse and I both got laid off and they also didn?t bother to respond. Shortly after that, it snowed and I was charged for plows, long after I had canceled?but yet my driveway hadn?t even done! So that confirmed my suspicions. When I emailed them back again, there was also no response. No apology or anything. Lack of communication and bad track of plowing. Beware!!"

After three weeks and 3-6 people here on the days they were here they weren't even halfway complete, and after failing to report work through the code office, I let them go and hired Talbot & Son. Kyle and a one part time person were not only able to correct the major structural errors done by the previous contractor, but he completed the job in 8 working days. He kept me informed of every decision and gave me a heads-up when the topography would require us to modify the plan. He kept me informed with every step to make sure I understood the options. Along with painters I had earlier this spring, Kyle has the best work ethic of anyone I've ever hired. He is meticulous, honest, and extremely hard-working. This is the kind of person you want to hire for landscaping projects. Don't settle for second best. Hire Kyle Talbot if you want it done right."
