I called Randy on a Saturday afternoon, Memorial Day weekend and within a couple of hours he replied that he would be there first thing in the morning...ON A SUNDAY!! Sure enough, he and his dad showed up around 8am, assessed the problem (old worn out well pump and leaking pressure tank) and by 9:15 had both units replaced and working with all new electrical line run from the well head to the pump. They called the next morning, confirmed it would still work for my schedule, and were there on time and with everything ready to go. The construction went very smoothly, and they made sure to clean up the workspace fully when they were done. The door looks and feels great in the home, without any of the issues the old one had with not sealing properly or latching correctly, and their work on the doorframe is excellent."
