I called Randy on a Saturday afternoon, Memorial Day weekend and within a couple of hours he replied that he would be there first thing in the morning...ON A SUNDAY!! The door looks and feels great in the home, without any of the issues the old one had with not sealing properly or latching correctly, and their work on the doorframe is excellent."
