"Fantastic! We were in a bind when my tenant called with no water. I called Randy on a Saturday afternoon, Memorial Day weekend and within a couple of hours he replied that he would be there first thing in the morning...ON A SUNDAY!! Sure enough, he and his dad showed up around 8am, assessed the problem (old worn out well pump and leaking pressure tank) and by 9:15 had both units replaced and working with all new electrical line run from the well head to the pump. Fair price and unbelievable service! I couldn't recommend him more enthusiastically! I'll definitely be calling him for some new construction projects we have going."

I called and talked to Seth he was able to get to my home the next day and diagnose the problem my pipes in the concrete were old and clogged beyond repair well he managed to completely redo all of my plumbing brand new and have it up and running in a matter of a few hours! "Our septic drain froze around a huge root ball and everything backed up into the house. We had a different service come and they tried to thaw the pipe, charged us $1000 for that work and then said they’d have to dig up our entire lawn to fix the problem. Zoom drain came for a second opinion. They used the camera and found the problem, fixing it with jets of hot water and a roto rooter. Saved us about $2000. They were awesome. They also put shoe guards on every time they enter the building so they’re not tracking mud and brown water into your house. You really get the sense they’re not there to spend your money, they just want to get the job done. Highly recommend."

I told him what my old unit was doing and he said it definitely needs a replacement after 17 years. He then asked how the home is heated. And then gave me the 2 options for my home. He patiently explained the differences between the hybrid heat pump unit vs the electric one that was presently on its way out. He answered all my newbie questions. He explained the pricing between the two units. I told him I have to discuss everything with the cfo and I would call back Wednesday morning. He also told me they would get me on the schedule for tomorrow or the next day. That was amazing. I called the next day and spoke with Amanda to schedule me in the following day. Chad showed up the following morning and did an awesome job. He was very polite and knew his job well. I am very satisfied so far with Wanda?s."
