"Randy responded to my call on Christmas Eve that our well pump had gone out and we had no water. He was very professional and responsive. He offered to come out on Christmas morning to our house to assess and conduct repairs. We did not want to impose on his family's Christmas morning so we asked him to come out today (12/26). Randy arrived on time despite being located almost two hours away and was able to quickly assess and repair our well pump; best of all we had water again. His service was excellent and his price was fair. We would hire him again in a heart beat. If you need someone to come out and do work on your well this is the company to call."

"I am so impressed. We had a drain that needed work and I called Zoom (via sister company Pine State Services) after our usual plumber was going to be a week or so before they could come out. Zoom offered to come out the same day. The technician was as professional as I could expect and made sure to solve the problem to our satisfaction. Every time he had to go out to his truck and back for supplies, he took his boots on and off at our front door, ensuring that he didn't track anything into the house. If I could have given Zoom an A+ on responsiveness and punctuality I would. We will definitely call them again."

"Tommy provided outstanding customer service. He could not have more pleasant and easy going. I liked that he gave me a window for arrival, and most importantly, he text me when he was "on his way". Now, I know, if you have a clogged sewer line, call Tommy rather than a plumber. Many plumbers do not have the proper equipment. Most likely the fix will be delayed until you can find someone that does have the equipment. Call Tommy to avoid the delay. With a clogged sewer line, any delay is NOT good. I would highly recommend his company."

"Troy was quick to respond to our initial inquiry, provided thorough explanations of the process, offered in-house financing that made the whole project affordable, conducted a site review as arranged by mutual agreement, and worked with us on scheduling the project of replacing the septic pump and pump housing, as the initial date didn't work due to inclement weather. Troy and his associate arrived today (6/24/2026) and completed the whole project in less than 4 hours (even with a lunch break included!) Our Boxer puppy "supervised" through the picture window, and injected some humor into an otherwise dirty, challenging job. "Wanda?s is awesome! My old electric hot water heater tank finally retired to the recycling bin. I called on Tuesday evening and spoke to a knowledgeable technician named Chad. I told him what my old unit was doing and he said it definitely needs a replacement after 17 years. He then asked how the home is heated. And then gave me the 2 options for my home. He patiently explained the differences between the hybrid heat pump unit vs the electric one that was presently on its way out. He answered all my newbie questions. He explained the pricing between the two units. I told him I have to discuss everything with the cfo and I would call back Wednesday morning. He also told me they would get me on the schedule for tomorrow or the next day. That was amazing. I called the next day and spoke with Amanda to schedule me in the following day.
