I am a smaller company, so I’m able to take on a lot of the work that most of the larger companies don’t want to bother with. I feel everyone, no matter the size of the job is important. I’m not only in this line of work to make a living to take care of my family , it’s my passion. I enjoy the feeling, when I can help customers with their small tasks or larger jobs . That someone cares and not just trying to get their money and get out ,making real customer/contractor relations on a personal level. I work quickly to get it done, but also repeatedly complimented on being “too picky” , I don’t leave until the customer is fully satisfied, or I’m not happy. The work you are trusting me to perform , anywhere from concrete , to pressure washing, building a deck, to putting in some windows , all new siding or even just maybe hanging a tv wall mount, makes my living , so you as a customer, are my top priority . I back up all my work up to 1 yr anything that may be defective to a fault of my own and am Insured. Don’t be afraid to reach out for a free estimate. Thanks

Drywall Insulation questions, answered by experts

The most energy-efficient windows are double—or triple-pane windows with low-emissivity (Low-E) coatings and gas fills between the panes. These windows reduce heat transfer, prevent drafts, and help maintain a consistent indoor temperature. But if replacing windows isn’t in your budget, pairing your existing windows with insulating window treatments can still make a noticeable difference in home comfort and monthly bills.

When temperatures are too cold, it can keep ice from melting, and products like ice melt and rock salt are ineffective. Water turns to ice in temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit. Ice melts on its own when temperatures reach above 32 degrees Fahrenheit.

Ice melt loses effectiveness in temperatures below -25 degrees Fahrenheit, and rock salt works in temperatures 5 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.

The level of insulation is determined by both the material and the thickness of the door. Some garage door materials (such as wood) have natural insulating capabilities, while other materials (such as metal) do not. No matter the material, two-layer and three-layer garage doors have a higher R-value than single-layer garage doors, as insulation is fitted between the panels.

Garage door insulation can last anywhere from 20 to 100 years depending on the type of insulation. Cellulose has the shortest lifespan coming in at between 20 and 30 years, while spray foam, mineral wool, and fiberglass can last between 80 and 100 years with proper maintenance.

Humidity plays a role in how long more susceptible insulation materials—like fiberglass—last. Once fiberglass batts reach the 15-year mark, you'll need to routinely inspect your insulation to ensure that it is in mint order.

You should not put fiberglass insulation in basements, since fiberglass is known to trap mold and mold is more commonly grown and produced in basements. You should also avoid placing insulation near water heaters, oil burners, or other hot appliances. For more information about the best and worst places to install insulation, consider hiring an insulation professional.
