"Beware - Bait & Switch I hired these folks for the first time today. I received a quote over the phone from their office staff for 2 rooms and a staircase. I gave measurements of 8 X 8 for one room and 15 X 24 for the other room. The office quoter said the 8 X 8 room was much smaller than a regular room so it would make up for the 15 X 24 being oversized and each would be priced as 1 room because the difference in the small room would make up for the larger room. When the fellow arrived he told me the price quoted was wrong. He measured the rooms and wrote down that one was 12 X 24 and the other was 8 X 10. He quoted me $220 for what his office quoted as $181. He then asked if I would like to get someone else, knowing that I was under time constraints. I said no I was stuck, just do the 2 rooms and not the staircase. I asked him about it twice more and asked him to call his office and each time I did one of the women with him pulled me aside on the pretense of getting me to sign a go-ahead form or a completed/done job. They had it very well orchestrated. You could tell they pull this a lot. The shampooer talked in circles and even told me he had no idea where his office quoter got that price. I wrote it down so I was sure it was what she quoted. Very disappointed in this very unethical group. Will never hire again. Puts a whole new spin to the term 'taking you to the cleaners.'"

"We Hired Erik 2 weeks ago & our experience has been absolutely horrific. I could write a novel on our experience but I’ll keep it short & stick to relevant information. He does not even file for the proper permits to do the work he claims he can do. My town has already filed a report with the state. He has a long history of this behavior dating back to him moving to Maine from the south where he had another business under a different name. We were extremely lucky to have surveillance in our home & to know our legal rights because not only did he not finish the work & leave us with a huge mess, not to mention more work done than we initially needed… he tried to call CPS & filed a fraudulent report so that it would look like we would be retaliating when we filed for breach of contract. He didn’t stop there. He tried making it look like I was coming on to him & asking for work in exchange for sexual favors when I asked him if he was going to honor his contract. He hasn’t responded to me ever since I let him know I have video surveillance. He did this to a single mom with two special needs kids. Please protect yourself."
